Drifting may have gotten its passport and left the island nation of Japan destined for world domination, but for Formula D and wannabe drifters leaving the last Fast and Furious movie, nothing compares to the mountain touge passes of Japan and the drivers that started the global phenomenon.

The video is mesmerizing. The tree-lined Gunsai touge is tight, with shadows crisscrossing the road. The skills of these drivers are amazing. Check out the video and enjoy. But don’t get any funny ideas. Drifting your car around your neighborhood’s cul-da-sac will likely end up with a visit from the local boys in blue.
